Bubbles

I waited three months for the Husband’s semester to end so he can help me make this bubble chandie for my dining room. He’s refusing since this is his first free weekend in ages and he doesn’t want to spend it doing house projects. Me threatening to electrocute myself isn’t working so I thought if I put his refusal out in the public sphere it might persuade him to help a girl out.

Wish me luck. Especially you Ms. Modern 24/7 who encouraged this DIY project. If we fail, Elizabeth, I’m flying you to California to put the pieces back together.

Haha, I was debating between this DIY and the more Moroccan-esque one I ended up putting in the moodboard for your reading nook… Great minds think alike! I’ve been eying this for a long time as well and have been wanting to at least see someone I know try is so yes Mr. Sabra, please help a lady out!

    • I LOVE the Moroccan-esque one on the moodboard. You must give me all the sources for everything! I’ll definitely give you guys the scoop on the level of difficulty on this chandy!

Sabra, I’m posting the mood board today, but am with holding sources and sending them directly to your lovely self!

That looks amazing! Now I want a bubble chandelier. Also, that would be a great project to do with your honey – remind him that you’d get some quality time together.

P.S. Thanks for mentioning me – I was happy to feature you! I don’t write much about interiors, but my favorite beauty post to write was the one about beauty tips from Anchorman. It’s one of my favorite comedy movies. 🙂

  17. Yes Alex! Let’s all convince him together!!

  18. Husband, help a girl out!!! That is a seriously amazing chandy that need to happen.
