I Learned Something

Did I tell you that I took a photography class and finally learned what all the buttons on my camera are for? I’m delighted to announced that I, Sabra, can officially take a picture on the manual setting. This is a big moment people. Clearly, I have lots of practicing to do, but I’ve accomplished the first step and for that I deserve to indulge in some midweek carbs.

GOOD FOR YOU! I love that you are using the manual setting straight away. It’s really the only way to go. Nice work!
PS: There’s a great book called “Understanding Exposure” that you might want to look into. Really helps make your camera work for you.

Would love if you did a tutorial post on that darn Manual setting. After taking a class last year…I still don’t get it 😦 haha. The class was helpful for me, but have to admit was a bit of information overload. Lovely photos. Xoxo

  15. Looking good!!! I so need to do the same. J bought me an amazing Nikon for my bday almost two years ago and that present came along with private lessons with an instructor and I’ve yet to schedule them. How bad am I? You’ve inspired me to stop being lazy 🙂 xoxo

Great job! The pictures are very nice! I took a photography class years ago in high school and I miss it a lot. A nice camera is next on my list of big buys. Right after I get a new laptop 🙂
