A Little Pause

I needed a break last week you guys. Sometimes it’s nice to just stop and smell the chrysanthemums. So I bought myself some, but they don’t really have a scent.

I spent the entire weekend catching up on life and I finally feel like I’ve made some progress.

Tomorrow, I share with you some Mardi Gras highlights. Happy Monday!

hey girl – I thought you wanted to experience Mardi Gras or I would have warned you! There is a reason I leave every year… it is definitely madness around here. A much better festival is Jazz Fest or even Voo Doo Fest during Halloween. There is still fun in the French Quarter and the festivals, but much easier to get around. I know we will meet up one day soon! muah!
