Is there anything in the world better than avocado and tomatoes on multigrain toast? I think not. I’m on another stupid diet that allows carbohydrates one day a week. I’ve chosen Saturday as my “free” day and then I will eat the hell out of this.
one of my favorite snacks or light lunches!! I like adding some chili peppers and a little olive oil too! (ok, olive oil defeats the healthy purpose, but chili peppers are a plus!
That toast holds no interest for me. I am only interested in meals that contain some type of cookie dough or processed Chef Boyardee pasta.

I think I could survive on just avocados… not nutritionally of course, but mentally… hmmmm. When I’m gorging myself on a whole bowl of guac I like to tell myself that it is “healthy” fat!
