Quickie Dinner: Aloo Gobi

Potatoes and cauliflower turn me on. So do quickies.  

I initially stumbled on this recipe from Nicole of Sketch42 and finally got my act together long enough to photograph my attempt at this Indian dish. I love that it’s vegetarian, simple and relatively healthy. I served my version with whole wheat cous cous, which I probably wouldn’t do again.  Life’s too short. Eat rice.
