I was out of commission yesterday, but I’m back in commission today with a sweet treat to make up for it. Readers meet Meridian. My new favorite necklace.

Really good huh?!

All you have to do to win some of this goodness is visit Made by Maru and favorite the piece you can’t imagine living another day of your life without. Then come back and tell me what you want. For extra entries (leave separate comments):

I’m in a Giving Mood

I promised you a giveaway this week and I’m here to deliver. Los Angeles-based Lizzie Lander is the talented designer behind Homegrown Interiors, DIY-er and blogger. Her new etsy shop (with friend and partner Liz Wiltgen) features fabulous refurbished vintage dining chairs and custom paper pendant lights.

Lizzie’s latest project is a “speed decorating” service for those of us who want to live in pretty spaces without spending a pretty penny. One of my lucky readers will win a speed decorating package –valued at $100 – which includes an in-depth design consultation, inspiration photos, mood board with paint and fabric swatches and a product source list and purchase information.

To enter the giveaway, drop me a comment telling me what space in your house is in need of a speed decorating overhaul. For additional entries, follow me on Twitter and Bloglovin and subscribe to the Lonely Wife Project.

Entries will be accepted until 12pm pacific time Monday March 21. The winner will be announced here and via email Tuesday March 22. Good luck lovebugs!

Vintage Christmas

We’ll be in Atlanta for the holidays this year — where my sister-in-law is getting married — so there won’t be much effort in decorating for Christmas at our house. We’ll probably pull out our old holiday decorations and keep it simple. But if we were to be spending time at home, I’d definitely go with a non-traditional, romantic, vintage vibe.
